Gingerbread house close ups....
I love gingerbread houses! From the most intricate victorian styles to rustic log cabins, gingerbread houses allow my creativity and imagination to run wild. This one is my entry for the Port of Bellingham's annual Gingerbread Festival. The house features "cedar" siding, a "river rock" foundation, a "river rock" chimney and two "wooden" kayaks complete with "paddles" and "life vest". Everything is made either from gingerbread or sugar dough and is completely edible!
