The following is just a small sample of flavors available. If there is a flavor that you are interested in that is not on this list, please let me know. Cheesecakes are also available.
All cakes, buttercreams and fillings are made from scratch, from the freshest ingredients. I try to use as many organic ingredients as possible to ensure the highest quality and best taste.

All cakes are iced with Italian meringue buttercream a light, not overly sweet, icing made entirely with butter.
Popular combinations:
AMARETTO ALL AROUND
Vanilla sponge or chocolate cake layers deliciously flavored with chocolate Amaretto mousse filling. (Grand Marnier, Chambord, Tiramisu or Frangelico can be used in place of Amaretto).
TRIPLE LEMON BLISS
Genoise layers moistened with a fresh lemon syrup, layered with a tangy lemon curd and iced with a lemon Italian buttercream. A client favorite!
EUROPEAN
A light moist hazelnut chiffon cake layered with a dense chocolate mousse and iced with a white chocolate Italian buttercream. Very sophisticated!
FRUIT AND NUTS
A dense, moist almond cake layered with a raspberry filling and iced with a smooth almond Italian buttercream.
TIRAMISU
Delicate layers of genoise brushed with espresso syrup and layered with an extra rich tiramisu filling of marscapone, chocolate and marsala. Perfect for the coffe or chocolate lover!
SWISS CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE TORTE
For true chocolate connosieurs, this decadently rich torte features over a pound of imported Belgium chocolate! Layers of flourless chocolate sponge cake are filled with the ultimate creamy, "melt in your mouth" chocolate truffle mixture.

Moist almond cake filled with creamy coconut filling and decadent ganache. Just like your favorite candy bar but better!!
