Panini Sandwiches
All sandwiches are served on our housemade focaccia bread, panini style (grilled & served hot) and comes w/a dill pickle.
Classic: Cappicola (Spicy Italian ham), salami, mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, housemade olive tapenade, balsamic vinegar and garlic olive oil.
Super Club: turkey breast, ham, smoked bacon, mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, & fresh romaine lettuce, mayonnaise and whole grain mustard.
Herb Roasted Chicken: Herb roasted chicken breast sliced thin, housemade basil pesto, mozzarella cheese, roasted red bell peppers and organic local greens.
Barbecued Pork: slow roasted barbecued pork shoulder, red onion marmalade and napa cabbage slaw.
Roasted Vegetable: roasted bell peppers, eggplants, sweet onions and zucchini, fresh tomatoes, provolone cheese and housemade olive tapenade.
Grilled Cheese: provolone and Jack cheese (also available w/ham)
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, your choice of bacon or ham, and your choice of Swiss, jack or cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and whole grain mustard.
BLTA: smoked bacon, romaine lettuce, local tomatoes and avocado

Local/organic when possible, farm fresh always!
Mediterranean Orzo: orzo pasta, crumbled feta, roasted red peppers, toasted pine nuts, kalamata olives and fresh herbs.
Caesar: romaine, parmesan cheese, house made croutons and garlic anchovy dressing, fresh ground pepper
Local Tossed: local organic greens fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and housemade croutons
Greek: romaine, sliced red onions, cucumber, greek oives, fresh tomatoes and feta cheese, dressed with olive oil and red wine vinegar
